Free shipping

Every FlexVolt order ships free. No minimum, no code needed.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after purchase. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather or customs.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at support@flexvolt.shop and we'll look into it.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at support@flexvolt.shop with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
