Refund policy
30-day returns
Not feeling it? You can return your FlexVolt Set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all pieces included (cable and stand adapter).
How to start a return
- Email support@flexvolt.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
12-month warranty
Every FlexVolt Set is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If something stops working because of a defect, email support@flexvolt.shop with your order number and a short description or photo, and we'll replace it.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or products bought from other sellers.
